45mm Wastegate
- Designed with a two-piece Billet dome made from 6061 aluminum, and a black anodized finish.
- The piston inside replaces the conventional diaphragm, which is a two-piece serviceable part. We pressure-tested and rated it for 150 psi working pressure.

On our piston we use a Hi-Temp O-ring. We use a nominal O-ring size, so if you have any mishaps replacements are easy.
- The wastegate valve is constructed from a super alloy mix to handle the hottest and harshest conditions your engine can throw at it. We also use this alloy mix to ensure fuels don't corrode the valve.
- All reference ports are 1/8 inch npt.
- Body is casted from stainless steel.

exit flange is different than tial also the angle of the exit had to remake wastegate downpipe. but no big deal. nice built and gate opened with in 2 lbs of spring rating.

I've been using the 45mm Gate on my drag car for the last 3 years. It's worked great for me with no issues. I'm using a 4 port, which can be finicky, but with low hz I've had great boost control.
The wastegate is mounted priority wastegate on a 76mm turbo running 50psi. Car has run 9.1@162mph.
