I have bought T4 S400 turbine outlet flange kits from a couple different suppliers and these are the best I have found, they have a ridge that slides into the turbine outlet that helps to center it and holds it there - very nice!

These are nice and have plenty of material around the flange providing a very secure and ridged clamp. Very weldable with a decent size step allowing the tube to slide in for easier weld and precise fitment.
