How to Claim Your Store Credit

To receive your store credit, follow these steps:

1 Receive and pay customs fees – If your shipment incurs duties or fees, you'll be notified at delivery. Pay the charges as required.

2 Gather your documentation – Keep the receipt or customs declaration showing the duties and fees paid.

3 Contact our team – Email us at sales@blacksheepindustries.ca with the following information:

◦ Tracking number
◦ Receipt showing duties/fees paid (photograph or document attachment)

4 Store credit issued – Once verified, we'll credit your account with the amount of duties and fees paid, typically within 5–7 business days.
