True North Turbos Warranty Policy

If a failure is determined to be the result of True North Turbos’ workmanship, a replacement product will be provided. If it is determined that the failure resulted from causes other than our workmanship, no refund or replacement will be issued for the returned product. Damage or defects resulting from disassembly for modification, or any evidence of tampering by the customer or a third party, are not covered under this warranty.

All turbochargers sold by True North Turbos carry a non-transferable, parts-only replacement warranty for a period of 18 months with unlimited mileage from the original purchase date.

This warranty does not apply to any turbocharger that has been:

• Improperly stored or installed
• Used in an application for which it was not advertised or intended
  
• Subjected to improper operating conditions, accidents, abuse, or neglect
• Improperly repaired, maintained, or altered by the owner or installer

Failures resulting from over-speeding, poor or improper tuning, plugged or restricted oil return lines, insufficient or improper oil supply, or thrust bearing/bushing damage are not covered under this warranty. Post installation boost leak testing should be part of your installation regimen. Damage caused by foreign objects or debris ingestion is also excluded.

In the event of a failure, the turbocharger must be returned to True North Turbos for inspection and evaluation prior to any warranty consideration. If the failure is found to be non-warrantable, True North Turbos may offer repair services, and the customer will be responsible only for the cost of replacement parts and applicable labor.
