The new True North Turbos S410G brings the performance, engineering, and quality standards of our TNT 400-frame lineup to the Caterpillar 3046E platform. Designed as a direct replacement for the BorgWarner 177148, the S410G provides a straightforward drop-in solution for customers looking to replace a worn factory turbo or increase the airflow capability of their 3046E without completely re-engineering the installation.
At the heart of the S410G is a 76 mm inducer / 108 mm exducer compressor wheel, matched with a 91.44 mm inducer / 81.74 mm exducer turbine wheel. This combination is engineered to provide the airflow required for applications targeting up to 575 HP, while maintaining the fitment characteristics required for a true drop-in replacement.
