Felder Kustom Fabrication builds hand-fabricated Duramax and Cummins parts — turbo kits, traction bars, intakes, hood stacks and engine bay dress-up — from 304 stainless steel, 6061 aluminum and billet, with zero mild steel in the turbo kits. Black Sheep Industries carries the full FKF diesel catalogue and ships across Canada and the US, with US customs and duties covered.
Turbo kits and 2nd gen swap kits
Complete, turn-key S400 kits with every line, fitting, boot and clamp in the box. The L5P Duramax S400 kit has 20+ builds on the street and track at up to 1000+ hp, running a billet steel pedestal that solves the cracking common to other L5P kits. Also available: the L5P over-stock compound kit, the LB7 S400 kit, and the 2019-2023 Cummins high mount 2nd gen swap kit.
Traction bars
Fully bolt-on ladder bars in 2" .250" wall DOM tube with 1.25" heim joints rated to 76,000 lb, backed by a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty on every fabricated component. Available for 2011-2019 GM HD (4" axle), 2001-2010 Duramax (3.5" axle) and 2003-2018 Dodge Ram. The GM HD kit uses through-frame cradle mounts, so you are not drilling access holes in the back of your frame rail.
Intakes
Mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum intakes with billet MAF bungs positioned for easy MAF scaling. Covers L5P, LML, LBZ and LLY Duramax, plus 5" S400 and 2nd gen swap intakes for compound and high-mount builds.
Hood stacks and exhaust tips
Hand-built 304 stainless hood stacks, TIG welded and back purged. The LLY/LBZ kit routes where the factory EGR components used to sit for smoother bends and a cleaner hood exit than stacks that run past the transmission dipstick. Finish it with an octagon or diamond tip, with optional DURAMAX, CUMMINS, POWERSTROKE or DENALI badging.
Coolant tubes and tanks
304 stainless replacements for the factory plastic and mild steel coolant tubes, using multi-ply silicone boots rated to 392°F (200°C) with bead-rolled lips — built specifically to stop the boot leaks these parts are known for. Includes L5P, LML and LB7/LLY Duramax tubes, single-radiator Cummins tubes, and a low profile coolant tank that clears compound turbos and S400 kits.
Engine bay dress-up
CNC cut and TIG welded aluminum covers that clean up an engine bay in minutes: fuse box covers for GM and Ram from 1999 through 2025, core and radiator support covers, brake and power steering reservoir covers, and fender support brackets with mirror-brushed stainless overlays. Most install tool-free or in under two minutes.
Any colour, any badge
Because every part is made to order, powder coat is fully open. Choose raw, pick any colour from the Prismatic Powders catalogue, and note it in your cart notes. Badges ship brushed as standard, or specify a custom badge colour. Order a turbo kit and we coat the compressor cover free.

Why are FKF lead times longer than other brands?
Because nothing is mass produced or held in stock. Every part is fabricated, welded and coated after your order is placed, which is what makes full colour and badge customisation possible. Dress-up parts typically run 4-14 days; turbo kits run 2-8 weeks depending on the kit.
How do I find the lead time for a specific part?
It is displayed in a red banner at the top of every product description, with the current build and coat time for that specific part.
Can I get an exact ship date before I order?
Yes. Lead times move with the current build queue, so contact us and we will tell you where the queue stands before you place the order.
Do you ship to the United States?

Can I order a custom powder coat colour?
Yes, on every part in this collection. Select “Custom Colour” and state your Prismatic Powders colour in the cart notes. Custom coating is included in the quoted build and coat time.
Which turbo size should I run?
It depends on your fuel system, transmission and power target. Each turbo kit page lists recommended sizes with horsepower ranges, and we are happy to spec it with you through the turbo spec form.
