The FKF 2017-2019 L5P Duramax 4" Intake is a complete cold air intake kit built around mandrel-bent aluminum tubing and a CNC router-cut aluminum airbox. It runs one of the largest filters offered in an L5P intake — an 11" dry filter — and everything needed for the install is in the box.

Why the 5"–4" adapter boot matters

Our intake uses one of the biggest filters offered in an L5P intake with an 11" dry filter. We also use a 5"-to-4" adapter boot where the intake meets the airbox. That creates rigidity and acts as a cushion, which keeps your powder coating from wearing at the airbox seam.
