The FKF 2017-2019 L5P Duramax S400 Over Stock Compound Turbo Kit is a complete compound setup that runs an S400-frame atmospheric charger over the factory valley turbo. Every fabricated piece, line, boot and clamp needed for the install is included.

O-ringed on both sides with a thick billet mouthpiece flange.

3.5" mandrel bent 6061 aluminum cold side pipe

• Includes O-ringed billet intercooler adapter (works with most aftermarket intercoolers)
• Integrated IAT bung
• Boots and clamps included

High flow 6061 aluminum Y bridge

• True "Y" design rather than a pipe merge
• 3" billet port matched flanges
• Integrated MAP bung and additional 1/8" NPT ports

3.5" mandrel bent 304 stainless exhaust crossover

• Fully stainless construction including valley turbo flange
• Thick billet port matched T6 flange

4" mandrel bent 304 stainless downpipe

• Two piece V-band design for ease of install
• 4" slip joint to eliminate any 3.5" restriction

Fabricated coolant tank

• TIG welded 3/16" aluminum construction
• Built in serviceable low level sensor
• 1.3 bar cap

Fabricated battery tray

• TIG welded 1/8" steel construction
• Integrated battery hold down with stainless hardware
• Allows for zero wiring changes

Billet atmo turbo pedestal

• 1" solid aluminum billet body
• 1/4" mounting flanges with milled O-ringed flange
• Integrated 12AN drain bung

Oil lines

• 6AN feed and 12AN drain

Turbo sizing options

• S480 96x88 1.32 A/R — best suited to stock or mild fuel trucks. Pairs well with the stock valley charger or a 64mm upgrade. Makes for a fantastic towing and daily driving setup.
• S489 96x88 1.32 A/R — best suited to bigger fuel setups (12mm / 100s etc.) and larger 67mm valley turbos. A competition setup that still drives very well on the street.

Note: on S400-frame turbos, the two digits after S4 are the compressor inducer diameter in mm. The "400" is the frame size, not the wheel.

What is the lead time on this compound turbo kit?

Current lead time is 6-8 weeks. This will decrease to 1-2 weeks over the course of the year as we build stock of the kit.

Which turbo should I choose?

The S480 96x88 1.32 A/R suits stock or mild fuel trucks and pairs well with the stock valley charger or a 64mm upgrade. The S489 96x88 1.32 A/R suits bigger fuel setups and larger 67mm valley turbos.

Do I have to rewire anything for the battery tray?

No. The fabricated battery tray allows for zero wiring changes.

Will the intercooler adapter fit my aftermarket intercooler?

The O-ringed billet intercooler adapter works with most aftermarket intercoolers.

Is a turbo blanket included?

Yes. A BSI turbo blanket is included along with 100 ft of TI heat wrap and 8 stainless ties.
