The FKF 2004.5-2007 LLY / LBZ Duramax Hood Stack Kit is a mandrel-bent 304 stainless hood stack that runs where the factory EGR components used to sit, giving it smoother bends, less interference with stock components and a much better exit location through the hood.

Why our routing is different
The majority of LLY and LBZ hood stacks come forward by the transmission dipstick — rubbing on that dipstick, sitting very close to the intake and exiting very close to the wiper cowl. Our hood stack comes forward where the stock EGR components used to sit and runs parallel with the upper AC line. That gives smoother bends, less interference with stock components and a much better exit location from the hood.
Fitment and install notes
2004.5-2007 GM 2500HD / 3500HD with the 6.6L LLY and LBZ Duramax.
- Some minor bending to your AC line may be needed, especially if you are running the stock fuel filter housing.
- You must have an aftermarket passenger side up pipe.
Powder coat options
If you add a tip to your order and a custom powder coat colour is desired, select “Custom Colour” and state the colour in the cart notes.

Do I need an aftermarket up pipe?
Yes. You must have an aftermarket passenger side up pipe to run this kit.
Will it rub on my transmission dipstick?
No. Unlike most LLY and LBZ hood stacks that route forward by the dipstick, ours comes forward where the stock EGR components used to sit and runs parallel with the upper AC line.
Does a tip come with the kit?
