The FKF 2019-2023 Cummins High Mount 2nd Gen (2G) Swap Kit contains every fabricated piece and every fitting needed to 2G swap a 2019-2023 6.7L Cummins. It is designed to work with a Steed Speed T4 high mount manifold and a True North Turbos charger.
What is included
4" 304 stainless steel downpipe
TI heat wrap included. Attaches to the factory 4" downpipe with no cutting required.
5" 6061 aluminum intake
Hidden MAF and IAT bungs placed for easy MAF scaling, stainless hardware included. 5" intake, boot and clamps included.
3" 6061 aluminum hot side pipe
Over 1" of clearance between the pipe and the AC pulley/belt — something not seen on other kits. 3" boot and clamps included.
Supporting hardware
- 3/4 manifold spacer with longer studs, hardware and 2x T4 multi-layer gaskets
- VGT coolant plug kit
- Coolant reroute / riser delete kit
- Heat sleeving for firewall wiring (requires some wire shroud and coolant tank trimming)
- -12 oil drain line, -12 O-ringed block fitting and -12 turbo oil drain fitting
- -6 oil feed line, -6 turbo feed fitting and -6 oil filter feed adapter

Frequently asked questions
What is the lead time on this 2G swap kit?
The turbo kit itself is a 3-4 week build and coat time. Note that Steed Speed manifolds can carry a lead time of up to 16 weeks, so if you are sourcing the manifold at the same time, plan around that separately.
Do I need to cut my factory downpipe?
No. The 4" 304 stainless downpipe attaches to the factory 4" downpipe with no cutting required.
What manifold and turbo does this kit require?
It is designed to work with a Steed Speed T4 high mount manifold and a True North Turbos charger.
Is the hot side going to clear my AC belt?
Yes. The 3" hot side pipe leaves over 1" of clearance between the pipe and the AC pulley and belt.
Does the kit include oil lines and fittings?
Yes. It includes a -12 oil drain line with block and turbo fittings, and a -6 oil feed line with turbo feed fitting and oil filter feed adapter.
