The TNT363 63mm T4 is a journal bearing turbocharger built to order in Canada, featuring billet compressor and turbine wheels machined from forged 2618 aluminum. It is the entry point to the 300 frame — the size you buy when you want a real step up from stock without giving away the low-RPM behaviour that makes a diesel usable.

The TNT363 is a direct bolt-on replacement for S362, S363 and S364 turbochargers and other 63mm 300-frame units. Built on the same frame, it uses the mounting hardware you already have:

  • Turbine inlet: T4 bolt pattern — fits your existing T4 manifold
  • Turbine discharge: 4.25" marmon — same flange and clamp
  • Compressor discharge: v-band, sized to your charge pipe
  • Oil drain: 50mm (1.97") bolt centre, mid frame — 10AN or 12AN

Where the TNT363 Fits

First real upgrade. A 63mm compressor is enough airflow to feel like a different truck while still lighting early enough to be useful merging, climbing and pulling away from a stop.

Towing and hauling. Towing is a low-RPM, sustained-load job, and the TNT363 suits it precisely because it is small — boost arrives when the load does, not after you have lost momentum on a grade.

Compound high-pressure charger. A common choice under a larger atmospheric turbo. In that position it breathes already-compressed air, so it moves considerably more mass than it would as a single — builders regularly find it is the right high-pressure turbo on setups where they would never run it standalone.

How much horsepower will a TNT363 support?

Up to 940 crank horsepower. That is a compressor ceiling rather than a build target — what the 63mm wheel will support at the edge of its map. Most TNT363 builds sit well below it, and past roughly 820 HP it is worth comparing against a 400-frame turbo.

Is the TNT363 a direct replacement for an S363?

Yes, for a T4 S363. The T4 bolt pattern, 4.25" marmon turbine discharge and 50mm (1.97") mid-frame oil drain bolt centre all carry over. A T3 turbo requires a new T4 manifold.

Is the TNT363 good for towing?

Yes. It is small enough to build boost when the load arrives rather than after you have lost momentum, which is exactly what a low-RPM sustained-load job needs.
