• All turbochargers shipped to True North Turbos must be fully assembled, including both the compressor cover and turbine housing.
• All oil fittings, gaskets, silicone hoses, clamps, and any other non-original equipment must be removed prior to shipping.
• Failure to comply with these requirements will result in an additional $50 service charge.

Returns and Shipping Policy

All returns, repairs, and upgrades must be shipped directly to True North Turbos and must include the original purchase receipt and a completed Return Authorization Form.

Turbochargers must be shipped complete with both housings. Incomplete turbochargers will not be serviced. True North Turbos is not responsible for damage to compressor or turbine wheels caused by shipping incomplete assemblies.

Please ensure that all oil feed and drain fittings, gaskets, silicone hoses, and related components are removed prior to shipment.

Returns for credit must be unused and received within 10 days of the original purchase date. Approved returns are subject to a 30% handling and restocking fee.

Inspection Fees

Turbochargers sent to True North Turbos for inspection are subject to a $100 inspection fee, payable prior to shipment.

Incomplete turbochargers will not be serviced. Customers must return the complete turbocharger, including the compressor cover and turbine housing, with all non-original equipment removed. This includes, but is not limited to, oil fittings, oil feeds, gaskets, silicone hoses, clamps, and oil return fittings.

Batteries, Chargers, and Electrical Components

All electronic components are final sale. Returns will not be accepted. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or service inquiries.

Shipping and Payment Terms

All shipments within the United States are sent via FedEx or UPS Ground, unless expedited shipping is requested. Rush shipments may incur additional charges and may not be available to all locations. A strict 12:00 p.m. cutoff applies to orders requiring overnight shipping.

All shipments are fully insured. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any shortages or discrepancies to True North Turbos within three (3) days of delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt. Please retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection if required.

Customer credit cards are not charged until the order is ready to ship, except for custom or special orders. Custom orders require a 50% deposit prior to work commencing, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Storage and Hold Policy

All turbochargers sent to True North Turbos for upgrade or repair will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date the inspection report is completed.

At the 30-day mark, customers will be required to either:

• Authorize and place an order for the upgrade or repair, or
• Arrange and pay for return freight of the turbocharger

Failure to do so may result in additional handling or storage charges.
