Built to order — not a shelf part
Current build & coat time: 4–14 days
Every Felder Kustom Fabrication part is fabricated after your order is placed, so lead times run longer than off-the-shelf parts. Lead time varies with our current build queue — contact us before ordering if you need an exact date.
The FKF 2011-2016 LML Duramax Upper Coolant Tube replaces the factory upper coolant tube with 1-3/4" 304 stainless steel, TIG welded and back purged with bead rolled lips for a coolant-tight seal. It directly addresses the boot leak issues seen with similar products on the market.
Features
- 1-3/4" 304 stainless steel construction for strong, corrosion-free use
- TIG welded and back purged for zero possibility of leaks
- Bead rolled lips for a coolant tight seal
- 2x silicone boots rated up to 392°F (200°C)
- 4x smooth T-bolt clamps for even clamping force
Why the boots matter
There have been issues with similar products on the market leaking through the silicone boots. We addressed that with high quality silicone boots designed specifically for high temperature coolant, combined with bead rolled lips on the tube itself.

2011-2016 GM 2500HD / 3500HD trucks with the 6.6L LML Duramax.

Frequently asked questions
What is the lead time on this LML coolant tube?
Please allow 4-14 days for build and coat time. This tube is built to order, not pulled from a shelf. Contact us before ordering if you need an exact date.
Why do other coolant tubes leak at the boots?
Most use generic silicone boots not rated for sustained coolant temperature, and a smooth tube end with nothing for the boot to grip. Ours uses boots rated to 392°F (200°C) plus bead rolled lips on the tube for a positive seal.
Are boots and clamps included?
Yes. Two silicone boots and four smooth T-bolt clamps are included.
Which trucks does it fit?
2011-2016 GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the 6.6L LML Duramax.
