The TNT369 69mm T4 is a journal bearing turbocharger built to order in Canada, featuring billet compressor and turbine wheels machined from forged 2618 aluminum. At 69mm it sits in the middle of the 300 frame — more top-end than the popular 66mm without stepping into the response penalty that comes with the larger sizes.

Key Specs

  • 69mm (2.72") inducer, billet compressor wheel
  • Maximum 1,120 HP (crank)
  • 360-degree thrust bearing with increased thrust surface area
  • Optimized compressor stage aerodynamics
  • 4" inlet, 2.5" outlet compressor housing
  • Boss cast and pre-tapped for a rotor speed sensor
  • Standard 1/8" NPT pressure port
  • Available with 76x68, 80x73, or 82x75 turbine wheel, T4 flange (.88 A/R open or .91 A/R divided)
  • Interchangeable with existing turbine housings for upgradability

Replaces / Cross-Reference

The TNT369 is a direct bolt-on replacement for S368 and S369 turbochargers and other 69mm 300-frame units. Built on the same frame, it uses the mounting hardware you already have:

  • Turbine inlet: T4 bolt pattern — fits your existing T4 manifold
  • Turbine discharge: 4.25" marmon — same flange and clamp
  • Compressor discharge: v-band, sized to your charge pipe
  • Oil drain: 50mm (1.97") bolt centre, mid frame — 10AN or 12AN

Where the TNT369 Fits

Street and strip. The 69mm is one of the two sizes that cover the widest range of builds — enough airflow to be a real step beyond a 66mm while keeping the low-RPM response that makes the 300 frame worth choosing.

Compound high-pressure charger. Commonly run under a larger atmospheric turbo. Remember that a high-pressure charger breathes already-compressed air, so size it smaller than you would as a single — match it to the manifold pressure it will actually see, not the power target of the whole system.

This is the first size in the lineup offered with all three turbine wheels. The 76x68 buys response at the cost of a top-end ceiling, the 80x73 is the balanced default, and the 82x75 lets the exhaust side keep up at higher RPM. See the turbine wheel and housing guide — on this frame the wheel matters far more than A/R.

Frequently Asked Questions

What turbine wheel options are available?

The TNT369 is available with a 76x68, 80x73, or 82x75 turbine wheel, in T4 .88 A/R open or .91 A/R divided configurations.

How much horsepower will a TNT369 support?

Up to 1,120 crank horsepower. That is a compressor ceiling rather than a build target — what the 69mm wheel will support at the edge of its map. Past roughly 820 HP we would generally move you to a 400-frame turbo.

Is the TNT369 a direct replacement for an S369?

Yes, for a T4 S368 or S369. The T4 bolt pattern, 4.25" marmon turbine discharge and 50mm (1.97") mid-frame oil drain bolt centre all carry over. A T3 turbo requires a new T4 manifold.

TNT366 or TNT369?

The 366 if the truck is street driven, tows, or the fuel system is moderate. The 369 if you want more top-end and have the fuelling to use it — the two sizes are close enough that how you drive matters more than the numbers.

Is this turbo built to order?

Yes. Every TNT369 is built to order, assembled and balanced in Canada.
