The TNT485 is available with either our proven 96x88 or 103x92 turbine wheel. Our latest 96x88 turbine wheel is the result of years of development aimed at reducing the backpressure commonly associated with conventional 96x88 turbine designs when pushed to their limits.

The TNT485 is a direct bolt-on replacement for S483 and S485 turbochargers and other 85mm S400-frame units. Built on the same 400 frame, it uses the mounting hardware you already have:

• Turbine inlet: T6 — fits your existing T6 manifold
• Turbine discharge: 5.75" (146mm) marmon — same flange and 99502-0588 clamp
• Compressor discharge: V-band, sized to your charge pipe
• Oil drain: 50.8mm (2.00") bolt centre, 12AN port — same drain

Our 12-blade compressor and 96x88 / 103x92 turbine wheels are our own designs. Fitment is equivalent to the unit you are replacing; airflow character and powerband will differ, generally in your favour.
