This turbo has our newest compressor wheel and our 96x88 or 103x92 turbine wheel. The TNT turbine wheel is the result of our extensive research over the past several years, which has resulted in being able to alleviate some of the backpressure associated with maxing out the standard BW 96x88 design.

What does this mean for you? It will get your rotor assembly up to speed faster and not be out of breath as early as our previous models. You can expect to see impressive gains of 115-235hp under 5000rpm and higher peak horsepower over some of our competitors that we have dyno tested back to back.

The TNT480 is a direct bolt-on replacement for S480 turbochargers and other 80mm S400-frame units. Built on the same 400 frame, it uses the mounting hardware you already have:

• Turbine inlet: T6 — fits your existing T6 manifold
• Turbine discharge: 5.75" (146mm) marmon — same flange and 99502-0588 clamp
• Compressor discharge: V-band, sized to your charge pipe
• Oil drain: 50.8mm (2.00") bolt centre, 12AN port — same drain

Our 96x88 and 103x92 turbine wheels are our own designs, developed to reduce the backpressure associated with maxing out standard offerings. Fitment is equivalent; airflow character will differ, generally in your favour.
